I have over 21 years of experience and my early initiation into intense training, extensive experience, international exposure and good communication skills, have given me the ability to transcend barriers of language. -Health Check up camps organized.

-Canteen and Transport Management - Co staff buses arranged for all staff and maintenance expenses managed within budget.

-HR related – Recruitment, Payroll Management – Attence Maintenance, Third Party Labour Payments

-Waste Disposal – Hazadous waste through TN approved vendors

-Budegeting & Event Management- Maintain dept expenses within budget and Arrange various office & staff functions. International conferences arranged.

-Received Second Place in 'Best Cost Saving Project' at Reynolds Pens India Pvt. Ltd. (In Brigading machin – Removing Burr from Oil)

-At TVS Academy involved as an event management coordinator for Book launches and cultural events.

-At Reynolds organized many events (Indoor and Outdoor) and cultural events.

-At Titan Graphics was responsible for coordinating and organizing the academic conferences for editing of Encyclopedia of Hinduism – 18 Volumes in Chennai.
