WORK EXPERIENCE

Designation: Executive Co-ordinator in Raymond- Retail hub solutions. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Downloading custom made T-shirts & Shoes orders on daily basis from Dotnet and check whether stock is available in SAP.

2. Job card is given to the Storekeeper to organise the materials. 3. Materials sent to the factory with delivery challan. 4. Communicating with factory people regarding despatch of the T-shirts & shoes according to the delivery date committed to the customers. 5. Creating bill of material for each orders as per specs. 6. Title : Solar Air Cooler

Organization : Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering Duration : 5 months

Description : Project work includes the construction of an air cooler that purely runs with the help of solar energy. The air cooler working with the help of renewable energy source (solar power) is fabricated. The main purpose of the project is to operate the air cooler during power shut down for the convenience of the human being. To overcome the prevailing electric power demand situation this type of alternate energy system is very much needed.

M.E Project:

Title : Development of ceramic Cutting Tools

Organization : College of Engineering, Guindy.

Duration : 9 months

Description : Project work includes the fabrication of cutting tools with a new combination of ceramic powders titanium carbide and Silicon carbide whiskers in order to improve the toughness of the proposed ceramic cutting tool, by varying the composition of Titanium carbide and silicon carbide whisker (reinforcement) and finding out the composition which will offer better toughness and wear resistance. The project outcome revealed that the ceramic powders require a binding agent in order to achieve strong bond, enough to fabricate a cutting tool. PERSONAL DETAILS
