Collaborated with the New Innovations team from Avery Dennison to develop a nonwoven flexible packaging solution using selvedge waste from Avery Dennison's shirt tag production operation
Project included multiple peer review panels evaluating the project at multiple steps, incorporating a design of experiments, cost analysis, technical justifications, and prototyping.
Partnered with Southeast Nonwovens to develop the material needed to construct prototypes. Visit included multiple trials experimenting with various combinations of web laying, bonding, and raw material ratios.
