Followed six sigma guidelines to reduce areas of duplication and create a process flow for each of the handoff points of an NPI. Delivered improvements toward the Velocity critical success factor by improving the effect dates of a New Reman part. Instrumental in developing a guidebook for reference to walk through the setup of a Reman part.
