PROFILE

Agile Coach, Agile Instructor, Scrum Master/Team Lead and Project Manager who facilitates the adoption of Agile methodologies to assist teams to more effectively deliver Business Value to Projects/Products whilst ensuring it is delivered to the required quality.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

•Coached Agile teams to assist them develop the necessary “mindset shift” that is needed for the team to be have the “Conversations” needed to ensure the project delivers only what Business Value is required.

•Coached Executives/Sponsors/Stakeholders on how and Agile project is different and assist them to understand what behaviours are required of them and make them aware and comfortable with the differences between an Agile and Waterfall Project.

•Coached Team Leads/Scrum Masters/Product Owners on how to coordinate the Project Inception Phase and gather the necessary requirements in order to decide if the project was still worth doing (if not then cancel the project) if it worth doing then use the information gathered to Story Map out the projects and determine what Themes, Epics and Story’s/Tasks will be needed.

•A major participant in the global Agile Transformation plan to deliver Business Value more rapidly using the Agile Methodology whilst ensuring quality is not compromised, encompassed Continuous Development (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI).

•Trainer who led the training to deliver four different types of Agile training for either project teams/Product Owners/Sponsor-Stakeholders/other coaches

•Coached teams how to implement an Agile project ensuring the participants understood the principles of MVP (Minimum Viable Product), MMP (Minimum Marketable Product).

•Acted as the Program Scrum Master/Team Lead and managed the Scrum Master who were responsible for the 15 supporting projects that were part of this program.

•As a Scrum Master/Team Lead led several Agile projects and delivered the required Business Value whilst ensuring quality is key to a successful Agile Project Delivery.

•JIRA Agile Tool instructor; taught users how to efficiently use the JIRA Agile toolset and Introduced to JIRA Portfolio tool which is a more advanced way to use JIRA and drive what the Story Map would be for the Project/Product.
