Position: Legal and Compliance Manager

●Managing a team of two commercial contract managers, who support Nokia Southern Africa’s Africa and Middle Eastern business units with commercial contract management from tender stage, offer preparation, contract drafting and negotiation, and contract execution;

●Acted as Nokia’s Corporate Legal representative in South Africa, Mozambique, Egypt, Qatar and Tanzania providing legal support for corporate legal matters and advice, major commercial offers, major contract drafting, contract negotiations, contractual claims and dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation management and providing support to management interacting with regulatory and governmental authorities;
