JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and carry out repairs, maintenance and installation of all equipment and installation (MEP HVAC and CIVIL works).

Develop, implement and manage a maintenance program and negotiate maintenance contracts for the hotel, the grounds and all of the equipment in compliance with corporate standards.

Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division’s budget capital expenditure plan, forecasts and objectives consistent with maintaining a first class property and management’s expectations.

Preparation of all fire life and safety services of hotel for Civil Defiance approval.

Developing logbooks, work order formats and implementing in principle.

Manage the maintenance staff and ensure that hotel facilities and systems operate properly.

Cost control, better scouring of required materials and work force utilization.

Scheduling workers on repair assignments, as well as in the field, solving air-conditioning or other system malfunctions.

Responsible for coordinating with contractors on renovations, remodels and new construction.

To ensure the smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the hotel.

Direct the maintenance staff on small repairs, such as patching drywall, fixing faulty wiring or unclogging drains.

Water treatment for potable water, Swimming pools, Boilers and Chilled water system. Legionella and Micro-bacteriological testing of swimming pool and potable water.
