Context: A leader in the provision of internet, cable and telephone services to residential homes and businesses.
Role Summary:
Scrum master for two teams focused on web applications. Facilitating Agile ceremonies, acting as servant leader to an Agile team, removing impediments, splitting user stories, product backlog management, and tracking team matrices to ensure continuous delivery of value.
Key Outputs/Accomplishments:
Championed the Agile Project Management processes – Facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily scrum, spring planning meeting, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and scrum team and acting as servant leader to scrum team, helping in product backlog prioritization, and removing impediments for scrum team to work properly.
