Position: Banquet supervisor.
Restaurant Responsibilities :
Supervises Activities of staff in the Restaurant, receives guests and conducts them to tables.
Have a complete working knowledge of the Menu, and any special Promotions being able to answer guest queries quickly, knowledgeably and in a discreet manner in line with the highest standards.
Takes food and beverage orders in a professional manner, taking every opportunity to maximize sales in a discreet manner.
