Lead in relocation team (Ecoco Jax LLC), purchased all materials, machine and office supplies.

Hired, trained, managed 25 employees at new location and managed 120 employees in Chicago.

Responsible for procurement of corrugated packaging, tape and stretch wrap.

Partnered with suppliers to ensure corrugated packing was printed and received in a timely and efficient manner.

Establish and maintained an ongoing supply of pallets.

Implemented a recycling policy for corrugated materials, paper, steel & plastic drums and wood pallets.
