I am a Supervisor with cooking duties. As a Supervisor I assist my Director with ordering, organizing, cleaning, ensuring that all logs are current and completed, and any task that and given to me. As a cook, I provide fresh hot meals to the Residents and Patients of the Facility. I follow the Recipe’s provided to me to provide safe and enjoyable food for all diets and modifications.

MENTAL HEALTH TECH – TEAM LEADER, dove vocational academy

As a Team Leader, I was responsible for monitoring the Tech’s on shift and how they interacted with the patients. We dealt with all manors of Mental Health. I also assisted my Supervisors in anything they needed help with.

COOK, emylaurel oaks behavior health center

As a cook, I was responsible for following recipe’s as provided to ensure that all Resident’s were nourished properly. I worked with my Supervisors to ensure that all food was temped, tracked, and handled appropriately to ensure food safety. I maintained my working area to ensure the cleanliness was above expectation.
