Taking care of On boarding formalities, document collection, initiating background verification.

Responsible for offer negotiations and offer issuance, which includes taking nessacary approvals for the respective offers according to the bandwidth.

Arranging the welcome kit, Laptops and essential gadgets, E-Mail Id creation, generation of employee ID.

Following up of the new joiners in advance.
