Vehicle Quality Engineer

Worked with suppliers to address early warranty issues and led to 8D resolutions. In addition, reduced warranty claims and costs by managing Mazda ports re-work & developing repair procedures. Resulted 0-1MIS R/1000 and CPU dropping 50%. Ports repair saved 0.4 million per year.
