Vehicle Quality Engineer

Worked with suppliers to address early warranty issues and led to 8D resolutions. In addition, reduced warranty claims and costs by managing Mazda ports re-work & developing repair procedures. Resulted 0-1MIS R/1000 and CPU dropping 50%. Ports repair saved 0.4 million per year.

In charge of consultation for warranty analysis resulted in successfully finding root causes and taking corrective actions on quality issues in mfg. processes and designs.
