Customer Modernization Management focuses on enhancing the CLIP (Customer Line Increase Program) feature of the organization. The CLIP program is classified into Reactive CLIP and Early CLIP, which is being modernized further to better serve the customers. rCLIP: These programs apply a line increase to a customer’s account proactively within the first 12 months after account opening for Mainstreet accounts and 6 months for UpMarket accounts based on a set of eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities:
