Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase order; unit prices, processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and discrepancies on orders.

Issuing materials to site as per from concern engineers and supervisors signature.

Updating documents in right path and profile, update smrs in daily base issue to site and material requisitions and local purchase orders and delivery orders and delivery notes with use of MS EXCEL in system.

Store documents and confidential files maintain records of approached document and confidential file destruction.
