Recording of sales and other accounting transactions of the company. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting nancial data. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, pro t & loss statements,& sales report.

Maintaining accurate nancial records.

Payroll of employees on monthly basis

Monitoring of accounts receivables / payable of the company Daily monitoring of sales and ensuring all sales has been deposited within the day.

Reconciliation of daily credit card transaction against the record in the depository bank.

Check preparation on all company's disbursements upon approval of the Finance Director.

I look after the day to day administrative and accounts requirements and autonomously manage the company's warehouse located in Al Barsha. I am responsible for managing all the invoicing, cash collection and customer supply orders and distribution in Dubai.

Manage the front o ce at the warehouse ensuring all customers are attended to on a daily basis.

Manage the billing, cash collection, supplier payments and accounting requirements at the warehouse.
