Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support All Stores and Head Office employee via email, phone call, remote or face to face with all IT related concerns: Laptop, Desktop, MacBook, iMac, computer peripheral, printer, scanner, network connection, AP, switch, router, modem, systems and software.

• Setup desktop or laptop for new or existing user including peripherals such as mouse, keyboard, network connection LAN or wireless, network printer or USB printer, scanner and other requested peripherals. Install OS: win 7, 8 and 10, install needed software, MS Office, internet browser, install missing drivers, software for remote support: TeamViewer, Any Desk, Ultra VNC, Install and configure Antivirus: Sophos, AVG, configure firewall, network sharing, configure IP and other requested support and needed software.
