Worked as Production Planning Engineer at Awal Plastics LLC. (One of the leading sign manufacturing / visual communication company in the Middle East), Manama, Bahrain

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for planning entire production floor (21 production departments) work on Job order basis. Directly involved for all the major projects like Formula 1, Bank ATM Drive thru, Signage for shopping malls, building brandings (NBB, Almoayed towers etc.).

Since 1999 – 2004 Worked as Production Co-ordinator and CNC Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating the daily job orders with PPC engineers and quality control of finished products.

CNC programming for Waterjet, Laser cutting and Router machines.

Nature of work:

Design the job as per the technical drawing or artwork provided and prepare the CNC program for cutting or engraving etc.

Maintain the high pressure Flow Waterjet cutting machine, Mecanumeric router and Alpha/Euro laser cutting machine.

Provide proper training for new staff for basic workshop skills and technical drawings.

From 1996 to 1998:

Worked as Mechanical Engineer at

M/s Shamsan Al Sohaibi Factories,Jeddah,Saudi Arabia.

Designing and processing of Die casting moulds and precision progressive tools for door locks. Working with all measuring instruments, production controls, quality controls, Machine Maintenance, Tool assembly etc.

From 1992 to 1996:

Worked as Tool Room Engineer at M/s Dowells Electro Work Ltd., Bombay

Manufacturing of precision progressive tools and moulds for electrical connectors and terminals. All types of mechanical drawings using AutoCad R12 and R13 and Maintenance of special purpose Double ram and Four ram Presses.

From 1987 to 1992:

Worked as Tool Room Supervisor at M/s Saven Engineer Pvt. Ltd., Bombay.

Manufacturing of press tools, Injection Moulds,Jigs, fixtures, press settings and production controls etc.
