Lead operations role in the design and implementation of the SPI project (Service Productivity Improvement). Developed an operational department of project managers and QA analysts that managed projects impacting the field and production support in five business areas, People Systems, Front End (POS & Credit), Inventory Management, Customer Service applications and Design Systems.
