Execution and Monitoring of Earthwork, Subgrade, GSB, RCC Work.

Update construction schedule and progress monitoring & recording through reports, site photographs and correspondences.

Planning of execution work and updating the approved schedule work as per actuals on site.

Preparation of monthly plan/schedule to assist Engineers in achieving targets.

Attending internal meetings with management regarding construction issues for achieving the target.

Monitoring of construction work at site for progress and Highlighting critical activities to the management.
