Established functional cost models for new installations using best-in-class manufacturing with most cost and time efficient methods of construction implementation. Presented results to executive team and implemented new methods on planned expansion module resulting in 25% construction cost reduction and 3-month improvement in time to market.

Global Capital Management – Developed and implemented global capital management procedures. Provided format for capital requests/business case submittals and provided front line screening and presentation to executive committee and board upon preliminary approval. Allocated annual global capital budget among all locations and monitored performance against objectives with monthly conference calls to 4 domestic production facilities and 11 foreign manufacturing facilities. Eliminated all informal budget allocation and reduced authorization cycles from as high as 9 months to a range of 2 to 6 weeks. Achieved 6-sigma limits for budget reliability.
