Work Description as a Data Center Engineer:

Prepares configurations, costing, hardware set-up and installation of LAN connectivity and structured cabling and network cable patching.

Manages user’s connectivity to the network.

Install client-server program user.

Troubleshoot network errors which not resolve by L1.

Support and maintain all equipment including scheduled maintenance of hardware.

IT Software and Inventory of hardware equipment in Data Center.

Process Access pass for Clients / Vendor.

Onsite Support for facilities related activity (Genset PM, UPS PM etc.)

Monitor physical environment in the Data Centre is in normal function (e.g.. UPS, temperature control, humidity, etc.)

Onsite support for remote hands request.

Configurations, hardware set-up and installation of LAN connectivity and cabling supervision.

SLA to clients / vendor and Internal.

Monitoring of entry for vendor and client at Data Center.

Conduct Daily Checklist/Report on the internal equipment.

Conduct Weekly Site Inspection Checklist for Data Center.
