Student Researcher USRA (CO-OP) May 2016–September 2016

McMaster University

Designed an Air-Floating Wind turbine prototype using CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS 2016.

Calculated the amount of helium each air floating windmill prototype would use by conducting trial testing in a lab

Designed several stabilisers and observed how it affected the lift of the Air-floating Wind turbine.

Optimized the Air–Floating Wind turbine prototype such that it uses about 40-60% less helium than the original design.
