WORK EXPERIENCE
Jul 2019 – present Architect Coordinator at BMG Global Sdn. Bhd. As involved coordinating and supervision in High Rise building project in various locations and government projects for architecture, plumbing (hot and cold water), rain water, and sanitary plumbing. This is the scope of work:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
• Liaising with clients, project consultant and sub-contractor to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Developing project and construction strategies
• Oversee project procurement management
• To make sure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress and Page 2 of 5
timely communicating its status to management and project members, as well as making sure that project members communicate with each other.
• To prepare and perform coordination on site, report site activities i.e. logistic, manpower arrangement, installation, T&C and etc.

• Determine project specifications by studying project design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, and preparing cost estimation.
