• Transformed and refocused school technology vision and plan to capture and teach students 21st century skills.

• Orchestrated extensive building security upgrades including: door access, security camera system and analytics, and training staff to utilize the new systems.

• Restructured school assessment methodologies to reduce overall impact on students and staff as assessment requirements increased while ensuring proper chain of custody.

• Ensured digital compliance with FERPA, COPPA, Claire Davis School Safety Act and Student Data Privacy Act.
