Supervising the Coupler (Schaku Semi Permanent Coupler) assembly as per requirement of Indian Railway.

Directing the development & implementation of key procurement strategies /contingency plans & ensuring that plans are aligned with production requirements.

Production Planning & Control

Planning day-to-day strategies, budgets, production schedules along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of material & machine.

Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same.

Directing the development & implementation of key procurement strategies/contingency plans & ensuring that plans are aligned with production requirements.
