Managed the Summit Program, working with the various stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance and Mars IS. Owned all processes for meeting cadence, workstream reviews documentation, highlight risks and interdependencies, monitor milestones, etc. to ensure program deliverables were implemented to plan. Maintained the Program Stakeholder and Communication Plan and key communications including the Quarterly progress report, QCAR, Q18, etc. Operated the central program agenda (Steering Groups, Workstream Leaders, Quarterly CFO debriefs, etc.) and associated logistics (meeting invites and calendars, agenda) Owned and monitor the central Summit budget and consolidated the overall total program spent to targets including the program workstreams.
