JOB DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE:

Good knowledge in step-up and step-down transformer, power transformer, distribution transformer, CT, PT, autotransformer and knows how to operate AVR panel and manual tapping system.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of single phase and three phase AC induction motors and variable types of DC motors.

Experience in troubleshooting of heating equipments like furnace, oven and heating related machines. Knowledge in heating control and instruments like thermocouple, RTD, thermostat and PID controller.

Good knowledge in working principle of control and protective device of proximity sensor, electronics timer, limit switch, thermal protective switch, contactor, SSR, photoelectric detector, safety protection relays, MCB, SMPS, breaker, light barrier, vacuum switch, pressure switch etc.

Knowledge in schematic electrical diagram of power circuit and control circuit and looping as per standard.

Able to handle Megger to check insulation resistance of motor, transformer, heater and electrical system.

Service and troubleshooting of servomotor, encoder, reader, DRO scale micro programmable controller, servo controller, PLC and VFD units.

Experience in service and troubleshooting of DOL starter and star-delta starters with start, forward and reverse system.

Troubleshooting of DB faults like earth leakage, overload tripping, short circuit and unbalancing load of circuits.

Good experience in solar panel wiring and installation, battery and charge control maintenance and installation of UPS system.

Able to handle measuring instruments, current, voltage, insulation resistance, earth resistance, ELCB testing, phase sequence, RPM, earth leakage, polarity testing, etc.

Knowledge in electrical hoist, EOT crane, JIB crane, service and troubleshooting.

Experience in welding machines like ARC, TIG, MIG, SPOT and SHUT, service and troubleshooting.

Service and troubleshooting of vacuum forming machine, sand blasting machine and screen printing related machinery

JOB DESCRIPTION OF MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE:

Hands on experience in high pressure water jet machine’s accumulator, booster pump and intensifier service and trouble shooting. Replacement of HP oil and water seal.

All types of bearings, screw rod, ball nut, LM guide ways and LM bearing dismantling and reassembling and service.

Knowledge about XYZ axis alignment, bed level and LASER beam alignment of LASER cutting machines.

Knowledge in acrylic signage related machinery like LASER cutting, engraving, diamond polishing machine, strip heater, 3D router machines etc., maintenance and troubleshooting.

Service and troubleshooting of screw air compressor. Replacing separator, filter, coolant filter, coolant oil, pre-filter, air filter and other parts if required based on running hours.

Experience in periodic service and troubleshooting of fabricated related machines like bending, rolling, shearing, punching, sanding etc.

Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic operated system of related machines.

Experience in service and troubleshooting of hydraulic HP, LP, pilot, flow control, pressure relive valve, directional values, etc.

Able to replace seal and ‘O’ rings in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves.

Service and maintenance of RO plant and replacing water filter and service of water pump and maintaining PH value of water.

Knowledge in service and troubleshooting of platform trolley, lifting trolley and jack trolley.

Good knowledge in schematic diagram of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Experience in service and troubleshooting of pneumatic and electrical operated hand tools.
