protocols. My five years of experience as HSE Officer has broadened my understanding and

1Prepare incident and injury prevention plan, fire prevention plan, relevant forms and

work permits, tool box talk on the specific subjects.

2 Keeping up to date recommended codes of practice and safety literature and

circulating information to all levels of employees as applicable.

3 Advise management on all matters pertaining to safety and health including

compliance with OSHA regulations and local laws on safety, health and environment.

4 Investigate and report all reportable accidents: internally to relevant persons, and

externally to the relevant authorities.

5 Briefing and instruct sub-contractors on the safety and health procedures and

instructions that they and their employees are required to comply with.

6Monitor and maintain safety and health, prevent and fight fires, respond to accidents

and control environment pollution.

Coordinate implementation of the company, management system and project/location
