Al RUQEE Group Co LLC, Al Khobar Saudi Arabia since 04/Mar/2015 at Present (5 Years) Payroll Accountant/ Admin Assistant: -

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll summary for approximately 500 employees on the Focus 8 ERP payroll system (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leave, terminations and check and authorize claims)

• Manage compensation packages using payroll software

• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees

• Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime

• Calculate bonuses and commissions when appropriate

• Manage and calculate taxes and deductions

• Monthly preparing the separate employee’s cost summary report for each category wise.

• Deductions: - Late Hours, Holidays, Advances, Debit Notes, Gosi and Performance bond.

• Acknowledging the pay slips of each employee & recoding, filing in an appropriate system

• Initiate periodical payments timely either by preparing and administering checks or making cash, transfer and uploading a WPS payment system.

• Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.

• Keep abreast with company policies and wages legislations that impact on remuneration

• Prepare month-end journal voucher and reporting integrating to the financial system. (Including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. expense claims, commission, Bonus, Incentive, overtime, leave balances, head count, and month end reports)

• Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor

• Preparing ESB (Employment Service Benefit) for exit employees

• Coordinated with the Human Resources Department on the input of new joiners’, prepared work agreement, terminations, transfers, and salary adjustments in the payroll system
