Roles and Responsibilities :
Delivery -
1. Responsible for addressing the requirements on receipt of a detailed job
description (JD)
2. Understanding the requirement of the client from the sales team and preparing a list of specifications for the position required.
3. Analysing the internal capabilities, bandwidth, requirement complexity to
estimate on delivery time and quantity (SPOC)
4. Responsible for sourcing CVs as per the specification provided
5. Validating the CVs on various essential parameters defined and documenting the observation against the same (as defined in the quality process)
6. Uploading the CVs against the requirements in the internal system/ tool within the defined timeline and updating the concerned team.
7. Adhering to internal negotiation benchmark according to the company's norms.
8. Responsible for scheduling shortlisted candidates for Interviews with the client and coordinating as per the schedule.
9. Responsible for the collection/ submission of essential documents for BGC and facilitate the on - boarding process.
10. Responsible for following-up with the candidates in all significant stages of the on-boarding process like [Issuing OL, BGC Verification, EDC completion, et.al]
11. Adherence to the reporting hierarchy and internal QMS processes & objectives.
12. Preparing and maintaining requirement management report, as applicable for the ERs.
On - boarding Onsite Employees (Consultants):
i. Initiating contact with selected candidates and ensuring expeditious completion of the on
boarding process.
Pre-Joining Stage.
i. Responsible for receipt of all consultant related documents on time.
ii. Responsible for initiating, following-up and updating BGC of consultants.
Joining Stage.
i. Responsible for inducting the consultants as defined in the process.
ii. Following-up with consultants on fulfilling joining formalities & addressing issues related to
joining.
Post Joining Stage
i. Creating & maintaining the consultant database (MCD) and personal file
ii. Facilitating the consultants to adhere to the compliance and basic requirements
Consultant Management -
Personnel
i. Ensuring payroll process is completed on time and responsible for salary
advance and reconciliation
ii. Managing the leaves, reimbursement claims and all other statutory demands of the consultants
and ensuring its closure
Performance Management
i. Planning visits in the month beginning and making periodical visits to the client site as planned to
get feedback from or training needs or recording performance of client/consultant.
ii. Developing rapport with the project managers and consultants to identify business opportunities
and transform it into the potential outcome
iii. Managing the appraisal of the consultants periodically and responsible for rewarding the consultants periodically based on the benchmark and criteria defined.
iv. Accountable for pay code up-gradation.
Reallocation
i. Responsible for requirement mapping and projection mapping with effective use of skill matrix
and reallocating with a regular Interaction and follow-up with client/consultant and Focus
BD/CMG/Delivery Team/NRC.
Training & Development
i.Organizing training programs periodically and coordinating for the same. Further ensuring all the
consultants in the system have been a part of the program.
Others
i.Responsible for addressing consultant and client issues/ clarification and getting periodical
feedback within the defined timeline.
ii.Responsible for tracking the contract period of consultants and coordinating for a contract
extension. Further taking complete ownership of consultants during contract termination.
iii. Responsible for tracking the absorptions and ensuring billability.
Exit formalities.
i.Responsible for conducting exit interviews and notice period cash collection.
ii.Responsible for handling resignations of the consultants
iii.Handling releases and responsible for providing replacements by a follow up of client
requirements with effective use of resource pool and a rapport built with other functions.
iv.Handling absorptions by a follow up for NOC and billing credit
