Worked in a ER (EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT ) as a front office, cashier and insurance department as outpatient and in patient .
Greet and welcome patience in persons and on phone answer direct inquiries to designated department.
Maintain executive managers and doctors calendars by planning and scheduling conferences.
Manage front office reception area by cleaning and organizing desk and visitor lobby.
Solve billing problems and handled customer inquiries.
Tracking Insurance cards of patients & handling data base files of patients.
Claiming and reimbursement of patients Insurance cards.
Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage Agendas/Travel Arrangements/Appointment Etc., for the upper management.
Manage phone calls and Correspondence Emails, Letters etc.,
Track Stocks of Office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Provide Leadership, Motivation & Control the team. Act like a mentor and coach of the team.
