Organizational Experience as a Coordinator
• Experienced in managing purchase orders and deliveries of goods & services of all the departments which includes F&B, Printing & Stationery, Engineering & Maintenance etc.
• Contract handling and dealing with the vendors for negotiation to maximise savings with the best output and better service.
• New Vendor registration complying all the valid documents with background check.
• Preparing comparison as per departments request and floating enquiries to suitable vendors, following up with vendors to get the quotations on time to avoid any delay.
• File Management with proper and updated records of documents.

• Ensuring timely supplies of material and stores functions; preparing and issuing PO(Purchase Orders) in accordance with the selected vendors, price and technical specifications.

• Implementing and evaluating effective procurement schedules along with finalizing the specifications of the materials and establishing the quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control.
• Verifying and issuing daily market list of food items and following up the pending order and updating culinary department.
