Job and Key Responsibilities: -

To ensure the HSE requirements of the project and current HSE improvement program and implementing the same in the work area.

Ensure Zero pending document at the end of day.

To ensure all incoming / outgoing documents in ACONEX system / EDMS and hardcopies by (Internal and External) are transmitted for review, action and information.

Registration, upload and transmit of the project document in the daily basis in ACONEX and submit the hardcopies.

Generate the various outstanding and overdue document reports in weekly basis or as required by project management team and circulate to concerned discipline for their further action.

Maintained project deliverable filling and retention system for hard copies and electronic original for all documents such as (As built, shop drawings, Material inspection, Method Statement, Material Submittal, Inspection Request, Prequalification, Non Conformance Report, Site Observation Report and RFI’s etc.) Adhering to project protocol of quality document management.

Administer ACONEX system workflow template for new contractor/ Subcontractor or as required by third party and provides assistant to the new comer in the project and project management r team.

Pending exceptional quality document control by ensuring it complies with the company and project document procedure.

Transmit document internal and external parties for review, action and information. Transmit comment document back to originator.

Prepare required submittal log for monthly reports, invoice letter, correspondence, weekly time sheet etc.

Reduce outstanding / overdue document – by the follow up with the concerned person / department.
