RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.

Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.

Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.

Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.

Working with KING FAISAL SPECIALIST HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTRE-JEDDAH as a -Senior Inventory Clerk in Pharmacy Services since March 7, 2000 to up-to 2007.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties Included Generation of Records (Oracle & Fox) Running reports (Weekly/Monthly) stock monitoring issuing and determination of request order from hospital units based on quantitative Analysis on written guidelines available. Maintain up to date records of receiving goods creating floor stock forms with cost center. Monitoring stock level making purchase order based on average monthly usage (AMU) running reports (out of stock, critical items, crash cart list, generic list with price & AMU, AHFS group query, annual AHFS report) purchase order follow up report.

Preparing list of outstanding requisitions, maintain floor stock list. Preparing list of recipients, stock count sheets and update vendor/manufacture information. Preparing counts sheets for physical inventory, creating codes for new drugs, Update PO information & generating re-order report.

Receives, Screens, Logs and Phone Calls.

Keep records of all incoming/outgoing messages, correspondences and ensures follow-ups when needed.

Receiving phone calls from hospital units and follow up their requests.

Filing of all Personnel documents and records.

Maintains confidentiality of all stock & record information

Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of my knowledge, skills and abilities.
