Work with Purchasing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented. 3. Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.

4. Champion problem solving like CAPA(Corrective action and Preventive action), root cause analysis(RCA) activities with suppliers and customers to reduce the defects. 5. Aide Manufacturing in the evaluation and qualification of new supplier materials following a defined new product development process. 6. Drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base. Title : ANALYSIS OF TITANIUM COATING ON ALUMINIUM SUBSTRATE FOR MEMS APPLICATION

Description : This project involved to implementation of Aluminium substrate by Titanium coating for MEMS application and to analyzed using AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy), XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) and micro hardness test and the results are generated.
