Quality/MRB Testing Supervisor, April 2007 – June 2008.

Supervised and coordinated the work of 18 MRB technicians.

Reorganized and restructured the entire department using lean manufacturing/six sigma concepts.

Implemented the 5S concepts, streamline the testing process and simplify the rejected material review board process.

Decreased man power by 18 technicians saving $28,800 each month. Returned 360 square feet of factory, saving $12,600 a month. Total savings of this project is estimated at around 198K.

Implemented a data tracking system for all repairs, from 5,500 in June 2006 to 11,500 units in July 2007.
