Witnessing all filed tests, including hydro tests (HT), dye penetration tests (DPT) & ultrasonic tests.

EPCC for 38 MW Combine Cycle Power Plant: FEED and detailed engineering including selection of 1 x EDG, 4 x Gas Turbine, 4 x HRSG’s, 1 x Steam Turbine, 3 x Fuel Gas Compressor and their allied utilities. Installation of 300 Tons of major machinery, erection of 100 tons plus of structure, 5000 plus dia. Inches of piping. Pre-commissioning and commissioning of complete unit.

EPCC for Natural gas pipe line (12” & 16”): Detailed design of 12” and 16” natural gas pipe line app. 1.8 km from metering station to tie-in points at the Power plant and Reformer as per ASME B31.8

EPCC for Fire Water Network system for Tuwairqi Steel Mills Limited. FEED and detailed engineering of Fire Water network including selection of Fire Water Pumps with controller, Fire Fighting equipment’s including fire hydrants and fire monitors etc., Detail design of Fire Water tank (1200 m3) as per API 650, execution of complete fire water layout 10” main line (around 10000 dia. Inches of piping), tank fabrication and installation.
