EXPERIENCE

-Intil 2010 :

Team leader Operation & Maintenance at Optimum telecom Algeria Group Veon

Ensure availability of the network h24 7/7 and Planning of work.

Responsible on an area with over 520 2G,3G and 4G sites with the following tasks

Meet and check all the necessary actions and the state of planning.

Monitor FM resources (teams, tools,epi, offices, cars .) to solve T.T s within contracted SLA

Motivate all Staffa and check all hr needs and contract issue.

Maintenance equipment s Radio: RNC HUAWEI, BSC HUAWEI, NODE-B 3G HUAWEI, BTS 2G HUAWEI, legacy equipment s BTS Siemens.

Maintenance equipment s transmission : RTN HUAWEI,TSS100 / TSS 160/ TSS 320/320H, PSS 32/16, 5000 IPS & legacy equipment s ADM1660/1650, 3000S, Sral /sral xd,Paso link .

Maintenance equipment s power : power supply HUAWEI, legacy equipment s saft mp150/75, Siemens 1g/2g/3g, Emerson 1g/2g

Establishment of specifications and monitoring end to end different operations launched on the SDH network and FO: deviations, repairs, improvements.

Commissioning ( Acceptance Test After Installation using OTDR Optical Fiber Time Domain Reflector,etc )

Maintenance of FO network and make periodic measurements.

Technical support for all staff when needed.

Conduct an internal audit of the sites and security procedures of our staff.

Plan for acceptance of new nodes and routes.

Supervise Spare parts management process

Follow Preventive Maintenance plan and progress to meet the contractual KPIs.

Correlate KPI s and PM planned to achieve the targeted availability.

Manage acceptance activities for new sites and expansions

Manage Electromechanical activities (overhauling, re-powering, PM, CM, Fueling).

Review and confirm all invoices related to all a/m activities

Building updated Data base for the region sites

Reporting the monthly, quarterly and annually achievements.

Review and approve all the planned actions in the area sites.

Manage the retention activities.

perform interventions at heights for correction events

Be interim of manager and assure all his tasks.

-Mai 2007 till 2010:

Work as site engineer at Orascom telecom Algeria with fooling task:

Ensure availability of the network h24 7/7

Conduct an Preventive Maintenance of GSM sites

Perform corrective maintenance for Power Rectifiers (Saft MP75,saft MP54,saft1600, Siemens 1st& 2nd generation, Emerson 1700&1500)

Battery & DC system install and maintenance.

Perform corrective maintenance for Radio equipment s

Accept the new installations and check all the reserves.

Checking the cooling systems (air conditioners)

Maintenance of fire and smoke detection systems.

DDF framing.

Perform corrective maintenance for Microwave equipment s(Siemens Alcatel NEC ).
