Role & responsibilities: (From Jun 2019 – Till now) 1. Effective planning & execution of process & product audit in all “19” KD plants. 2. Quality concept implementation in “19” KD plants all over the overseas. 3. Establish the new projects, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control plan & Q-releases in all KD plants 4. To make qualify the KD plants at par with DTA quality requirements for Q-release. 5. Resolve & reduce the customer complaints PPM through International CRM & develop CAQ tools. 6. 1. Power saving project around 1566KW/year INR 9942 saved through rearrangement of wire routing to

‘ON’ only required bulbs glowing in PTI-QA.

2. Engine & TM tear down area optimized & Layout changed to meet the safety requirements as team. 3. 9.1 Lakh saved by optimizing the tear down audit tools for GMDT project. 4. Paper eliminated by providing of Tough book for Inline production audit in both Engine & TM QA. 5. Issue tracking portal implementation for Tear down audit concern along with developer team for both Engine & Transmission.

6. Retesting process change was implemented in engine rework station to avoid customer complainants. 7. Rework/ Repair process defined through systematic for both rebuild & rework engines –MES 8. Defect carry & defect clear project done in QFL2 MES to avoid part missing during retro fitment. 9. TM testing program was modified for product audit testing in test bench. 10. 2nd prize won in innovation award as a team – Multipurpose tool. 11. 1. Process flow study in Transmission Assembly line to implement the new aspects. 2. Creation of Mapping in Tester for all models Transmission & Pattern creation for New Model in Transmission Tester.

Improvements made in tester to avoid plunger miss, wrong assembly of sensors in transmission 3. Achieved monthly Efficiency of 100% in Transmission Assembly. 4. Increased Line Efficiency from 34UPH to 40UPH through cycle time reduction from 105 sec to 90sec.

(Increased return stoke movement of the RAM) & Increased Test line Output by reducing cycle time from 180 sec to 122sec.

5. Air Leak Deducting valve reduced by various study process, to increase the Leak accuracy. Improvements:

1. Involved in Weight reduction campaign around 24gms in Transmission Clutch Housing. 2. Cost saving, by reducing of Sealant thickness by modifying of Nozzle (Rs.60250/yr). 3. Reducing salvage problems by implementing POKE YOKE methods. 4. New oil filling in Transmission oil variation, improved by constant oil filling method.
