CAREER GRAPH

1.Developement Engineer (EO3)- OMAN AIRWAYS (MUSCAT) (Aug 2019-till date) Type of Aircraft :B787, ERJ 175, B737, A330 and B737 Max. Key Responsibilities:

1) Review of loaded Rotable in system for newly delivered aircraft for data correctness. 2) Responsible for definition and initializing of part maintenance requirement in AMOS system and its subsequent revision as per reference document. 3) Verification of Rotable maintenance requirements are define and forecasted correctly as per reference document such as Approved Maintenance Scheduled and manufactures documents.

4) Inspection of newly received components release certificates and revert back to store inspector any discrepancy found, especially regarding forecasting of events. 5) Validation of newly created part/serial number for interchangeability and requirement forecasting.

6) Ensure each aircraft configuration is maintained by having the complete Part/Serial Number quantity and position as necessary.

7) Scrutinize the reported back compliance of Rotable maintenance requirement and revert back any discrepancy found to the concerned department. 8) Create assembly tree configuration of major components such as Engines, APU, Landing Gear, Air-conditioning pack and Etc.

9) Monitory completeness and correct forecasting of events of major component assemblies and action any findings.

10) Prepare reports such as Hard Time list, Life Limited Parts list, compliance status and etc. 2.Lead Planner –Engg Planning, JET AIRWAYS LTD. MUMABI (INDIA), (20th Nov 2006– Aug 2019)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configuration Management: Definition, creation and amendment of the aircraft configuration trees, component part numbers, Maintenance Requirements (MR’s), in ERP Software AMOS. 2. Defining Aircraft components requirements based on Maintenance Planning Document (MPD), Airworthiness Limitation Section(ALS) & Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) & and update Time controlled section of Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) during MPD revision of each fleet.

3. Defining the interval for Life Limited Parts of Engine, Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) & Landing Gear in ERP software AMOS, based on Engine Manual and Landing gear Drawing. 4. Coordinating with respective component OEM & Aircraft Manufacturer for clarification of any interval or information about special task if required. 5. Study and evaluate technical documents such as Components maintenance program, Maintenance schedule, Delivery documents etc. and provide necessary suggestions to manager concerned for any amendment in the AMP.

6. Monitor the timely accomplishment of maintenance of the Hard Time Components& Modification related components & Ensuring AMOS is updated with all the components with the correct data

(hours, cycles, next inspection due dates, etc)

7. Preparing Component status including Hard time Component & Life Limited Parts Status of Engine, Landing Gear & APU for renewal of Aircraft Airworthiness Certificate & Lessor Audits. 8. Verification of Engine/APU/Landing Gear release documents after shop visit, for adequacy and correctness, and verify the BTB (Back to Birth) including NIS (Non Incident Statement) documents of each LLP replaced in shop & follow up with the shop for the missing documents if any. 9. Technical review and upload Aircraft & Engine data in system for new and Used Inducted A/C including the tree of Engine, Landing Gear & APU and made sure that AMOS shows the correct maintenance due date, hours & cycles.

10. Resolving Technical queries raised by various departments, by verifying all documents like IPC, AMM and Aircraft delivery documents including the queries of stores department regarding the acceptance of the component.

11.Monitor Flight hours & cycles updation in AMOS for the accuracy and amend the system by verifying the Technical log if required.

12.Ensure tasks are planned effectively by utilizing effective ground time. Ensure adequate time allocated for unscheduled maintenance activities with better sequencing of Schedule maintenance tasks. Optimum utilization of available manpower and available maintenance slots. 13. Budgeting of maintenance events, cost control, motivate subordinates and inculcate good practices for cost reduction.

14. Effective monitoring of Maintenance activities and department process through various tools like

‘MIS’ and ‘DASH BOARD’ system, by analyzing four key aspect * Setting measurable Objective * Identifying deliveries * Planning the schedule * Making supporting plans. 3. Purchase Officer –Precision Engineering Industries Limited (Sept 2003-Nov 2006) Key Responsibilities:
