The HR Manager

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently completed my MSc. Degree in Human Resources Management at Nottingham Trent University. I am writing to seek if you have any open position in Human resource or business management sector in your company. This cover letter and CV is my attempt to become part of that camaraderie.

I am inspired to work in a Human resource management and business management sector as I find it strikingly challenging field. It is career which will enable me to use not only my interest in HR sector but also my skills in working with people, both in an advisory and a managerial capacity. I am confident that my combination of analytical, leadership skill, and valuable experiences gained in my internships, part-time work, business sensibilities and academics will make me an excellent candidate for this position.

HR is an integral part of a company to attain success and to retain talent in any organization. I have relevant professional experience which I gained as part of a consultancy project during my post-graduation where I worked with recruitment agency to resolve their recruitment and selection issues. Through this, I acquired valuable insight into developing and implementing HR Practices. I possess excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills as I have demonstrated/briefed to visitors in the International HR conference held at Nottingham Trent University while taking position of responsibility as a volunteer. I have strong interpersonal and team working skills which I developed during an internship in the field of social media marketing promoting National Basketball association (NBA) and also gained a practical understanding of the business world. In addition to this, I also have customer service experience working for Michel wisher as hospitality and retail staff handling payments at buy/cash desk and working as a waitress in different catering events, I have succeeded in both capacities through zealous and interpersonal skills. This has further developed my abilities to prioritize and manage task under high time-pressure. Also, I found my work at the Michael Wisher’s particularly valuable in teaching me the importance of ascertaining customers' needs and providing clear and accurate information in response to those needs.
