PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Undergone 3 months of professional training Experience as a RF Drive Test Engineer for GSM, WCDMA, LTE Mobile Networks from DIGITAL INDIA TECH SOLUTIONS

LTE Responsibility:

Carried out SCFT for new site and also for on air sites.

Used to perform the Coverage drive (Both Downlink and Uplink) for the given site.

Collected the parameters such as RSRP, RSRQ and SINR from the field in order to improve the site performance.

Performed multiple tests such as Static Downlink/Static uplink, Ping, Attach/Detach, also checked for the CSFB for the Site in both IDLE and CONNECTED mode.

Perform the Download and Upload throughput tests on each sector of the site and make sure to get maximum achievable DL & UL speeds at the best point of each cell with the best BLER, SINR Parameter values.

Check for the Intra-Handover and Inter-Handover.

Also performed PS-Handover and IRAT.

Prepared reports for various parameters like RSRP, RSRQ, SINR.

In Cluster Acceptance, performed Download and Upload Coverage.

WCDMA Responsibility:

Performing SSV drive, Cluster drive, ACCEPTANCE TEST in which tests includes MOC, MTC.

Performing HSDPA, SMS, Cell Reselection (2G to 3G), Data Test (HSPA & Release99 for both Uplink & Downlink), Handover Test (3G to 3G) & Coverage Test (CPICH RSCP & CPICH Ec/No).

PerformEc/Io, RSCP and RSSImeasurement to check the coverage of sector and interference level and checked IFHO(Inter frequency Handovers),SHO(Soft Handovers) andIRAThandover.

Performance checking of sites bySector Drive to verify scrambling code of sectors and proper transmission of sites

Finding the best possible configuration for antenna heights, tilts and azimuths for all the cells/sectors in the network and thus responsible for optimization of the network Setting up long calls, short calls, and data transmissions and monitored signal levels, drop calls, hand-offs, and data speeds while traveling throughout specific routes within the markets.

GSM Responsibility:

Single Cell Functionality Test of new integrated sites, Cluster drive, Cluster optimization and Customer complaints.

Orientation and Tilt Optimization to overcome Overshooting and High-utilization problem, to provide better network coverage.

Observed various coverage parameters like RX level, RX quality, C/I, SQI, BER and FER.

Optimization and Performance enhancement of GSM network, coverage optimization by changing Antenna Power, Tilt and Azimuth.

Taking necessary actions like giving Mechanical Tilt & Electrical Tilt, Re-orientation of the antennas wherever required for solving the coverage problem, for minimizing the interference in the Network etc.
