Monitoring the assigned MOC flow and reviewing MOC for designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required for prevailing site conditions.

Prepare and update scope of work and ensure there is no scope creep based on pre-bid clarifications and confirmation.

Preparing detailed engineering drawings and schematics for each plant modifications project.

Monitor and ensure contractors procurement and construction plan in line with schedule and project delivery.

Monitor and supervise for the piping erection, hydro test, and equipment installation activities as per the project specifications.
