Description: Web Expenses is a web application used by BBT employees for claims and expense reimbursements. The application captures the expenses of the employee over business travel or an office expense. Most of the BBT employees are given a credit card issued by VISA, which they use on the expenses for the company. With this card issued, whenever the employee goes on a trip taking air travel or auto rental, and books such travel arrangements, then all of these transactions are billed directly to the BBT Corporate Account and not to the corporate card of the employee. Sometimes, the employees spend from their own credit cards or through cash payments where BBT Corporate Card is not accepted. All these expenses are later reimbursed using Web Expenses Tool.
