I achieved so much, on how to deal with difficult and calm community. I achieved, and learned that rats are so dangerous to our community. To avoid being seeing rats in your yard you have to make sure that you stay in a clean environment. I achieved that not all people, patients are the same, e.g. some can be a good listener and some cannot listen. So as a helper you have to be patient towards them always smile, always make them happy laugh with them, so that the can forget that they are at hospital.
