Responsibilities

Respond to emergency or any other important telephone calls to control room or any other place of duty.

Operate the equipment which installed in control room e.g.(Fire panel, PA,Fire telephone).

Manages the property room for lost and found items and overseas disposition of unclaimed items.

Ensure security and cleanliness of control room at all times.

Maintain control room log books and daily occurrence report to security manager and concerned department.

Provide information and exact location of emergency e.g.(fire alarm or incident).

Exercise independent judgment in the implementation and enforcement of laws regulations.

Report and record all fault on systems which installed in control room as soon as occur.

Co-ordination with all departments to ensure that the rules and regulations are followed as per the standard operation procedures.
