• Oversaw approximately one-hundred drivers who worked directly or indirectly for CEVA Logistics in support of the Bedford Wal-Mart Distribution Center. Ensured loads were dispatched, drivers where on- time, and resolved discrepancies between the driver and consignee. Responsible for reporting discrepancies to the Wal-Mart Distribution Center and/or appropriate parties; CEVA was responsible for delivery to three hundred Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club Stores between PA, MD, WV, NY, and VA.

• Assisted multi-state drivers with roadside service as an Emergency Roadside Service Coordinator for Smith Transport. Scheduled services at various dealers, vendors, emergency road service, and other companies to suit their requirements while broken down.

• Coordinated installed sales projects, assisted with training associates, followed-up with customers, vendors, and installers as an Installation Coordinator for Lowe’s Home Improvement.

• Successful seventeen (17) year career having held increasingly responsible positions in the Supply Chain/Material Management/Logistics fields in both hands-on and supervisory capacities including overseeing supply inventories of over $300M dollars.

• Accounted for/maintained 10,000 documents with 100% accuracy, managed daily supply listing; researched/solved outbound supply transfers not accounted for with 99% accuracy.

• Oversaw and managed supply operations in supply of maintenance operations- logistics readiness, asset management, tracking and reporting in a highly visible operation.

• Ordered/received 200,000 assets in support of mission, sourced applicable vendors, received price quotes, and responsible for receiving the best possible product to support the organization’s needs for the best price possible as a Procurement Specialist.
