Wooster Motor Ways is a large Trucking Company with 53’ dry vans but was starting a Pneumatic Tank Fleet

•Primary responsibility was for developing a new division, a Pneumatic Tank Fleet, a specialized tanker fleet that hauls aggregates to the Hydraulic Fracturing industry. This was done primarily through phone solicitation along with customer visits

•My main goal was to penetrate the Hydraulic Fracturing Industry to haul Silica Sand for them

•When l started selling for this division, none of these tanks were on the road

•Successfully got all the trucks (9) on the road within 3 months and had to add subcontractors to help us keep up with demand. Successfully grew the fleet from 0 Pneumatic Tanks trucks to 35 within 9 month period in a very tight nit industry

•Was instrumental in getting WMW registered with every Hydraulic Fracking company in a 5 state region

•This resulted in substantial growth

•Collected $1,000,000 in receivables, a one month pay check for the company from my customers, within a 10 hour period after the Accounts Receivable staff had been trying for weeks to collect these funds

•Organized a critical training class for our drivers to ensure they could work for any energy company

•Also managed to get many dry vans on the road and signed major contracts for companies such as Halliburton, Schlumberger, Cargill and Lincoln Electric as well as many other
