Having a background in emergency medicine has improved my critical thinking skills in acute medical situations.

As Lead Nurse my responsibilities include scheduling for the doctor, urine and blood tests, inventory management and health management issues for the patients. Quality checking to ensure the patient charts are documented and complete to the standards of the company and various state/federal organizations.
